Stone Store SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
Stone Store provides transactional text messaging to coordinate home installations and product assemblies. We send appointment scheduling requests, confirmation reminders, and technician arrival updates.

2. Opt-In & Consent
By providing your phone number to our retail partners or contacting us directly via text, you consent to receive logistics text messages from Stone Store. Consent to receive automated texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@stonestore.net or713-476-9006.

5. Rates and Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and us to you. Message frequency varies based on your installation order activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

6. Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
